Today, Diadeis' organisation revolves around five sites located in Paris, Nancy, Madagascar, Mauritius and Bucharest.
The Indian Ocean production sites are fully-owned subsidiaries of Diadeis. The working environment of these sites matches that of Western standards. They are linked to the Paris project management cell by a high-bandwidth secure communication network.
To enable production on five different sites while guaranteeing top quality, Diadeis has built up special know-how in the field of multi-site production. Scheduling, validation, and optimisation of processes as well as general project management are kept fully under control.
Mobile workshops
When the confidentiality of your data, the availability of your documents, or the close location of your business experts make it impossible to outsource work, Diadeis can make its own personnel available along with the necessary equipment to work right there on your premises.
