Dedicated Production Sites

Image 1Upon customers’ request, Diadeis can set up dedicated production teams at customer sites. The reasons for this may be confidentiality of data, availability of documents or having the customer’s industry specialists on hand.

In these cases, Diadeis sets up its equipment and software on the customer’s sites. Diadeis recruits its teams locally (in the customer’s geographical area and language) based on profiles tailored to the customer.

This well-proven method allows Diadeis great flexibility in the quick and massive start up of complex projects. It also allows Diadeis to provide teams suited to the needs of a particular customer without having to keep them on payroll between projects.

The success of this method is based on detailed design of Diadeis’s production processes and special care given to the selection and training of temporary teams.
