For this purpose, Diadeis prepared a Handbook of Quality assurance available on request.

This quality handbook is generic and covers all the operating processes used by Diadeis. Its plan follows accurately the specifications of the ISO 9001-
2008 standards. It includes in particular a detailed flow chart of the processes implemented  within  Diadeis,  which  constitutes  an  exhaustive  modelling  of  its activity.


The Diadeis Quality Manual lays down the objectives of our quality policy:

  • To  achieve  constant  improvement  of  the  quality  of  delivery  to  clients,  in particular in the crucial stages of projects: sales, the start of operation and production
  • To establish a procedure for constant advancement that includes the detection of anomalies, understanding their causes and solving malfunctions quickly and permanently
  • To  ensure  that  each  member  of  staff  understands  their  role,  tasks  and interaction with other staff properly

To  ensure  customer  satisfaction  in  all  of  its  clients,  Diadeis  has  had  to  set  up specific teams to provide constant and coherent quality controls.

A procedure for on-going quality improvement has been set up to develop quality control  systems  and  uniform  means  of  monitoring  quality  (statistics,  customer satisfaction  surveys,  regular  quality  meetings  with  clients,  systems  for  tracing anomalies and the establishment of anomaly sheets) and to make available to its clients a top quality service for the projects it carries out (dedicated human resources, a top flight engineering team, secure equipment with a high degree of  availability,  stand-by  staff  and  hot-lines,  specialist  reporting  and  monitoring systems and the supply of detailed and reliable statistics).
