Diadeis Mission
“Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations" manages the IRCANTEC retirement fund for the three branches of the public function (state, territory, hospitals).
During its everyday running it receives declarations - mostly on paper - relating to payments made by its clients (affiliated bodies) to working and retired people.
DIADEIS carries out on-demand data entry for much of this yearly volume of payment declarations and ancillary documents, which are the basis for calculating the future pension rights of working people.
Declarations arrive at IRCANTEC all year round and are sent to DIADEIS in document boxes every two weeks.

Process
• Collection and preparation of documents for scanning (removing staples, etc.)
• Scanning of documents in TIFF 300dpi format
• Computer-assisted reprocessing of scanned images
• Structured double entry and LAD of documents from scanned images, with comparison of the results from both entries
• Conformity check and application by sampling per standard AFNOR NF X 06-022
• Delivery by secure FTP transfer

Technology
Palmier process (developed by DIADEIS) for computer aided data entry in XML format while the operator has sight of the scanned declarations.
Shreddoc, original DIADEIS technology ensuring forms remain anonymous by extracting sections of the scanned form according to specific information and encrypting any identifying data.
Hexavia database for validation and resolving any uncertainty in certain fields on the declarations.

Result
The IRCANTEC branch of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations has benefited all through the project from the responsiveness and individualised follow-up of DIADEIS teams in the processing of its affiliates' data. It has now tried and tested the use of industrial production methods.
